Ms. Gansz-Torres joined the Mt. San Rafael Hospital Clinic team in 2026, and serves as a Family Nurse Practitioner providing for the medical needs of patients taking advantage of the Rural Health Clinic's same day appointments and acute care patients utilizing the Walk-In Clinic.

Education

Ms. Gansz-Torres received her bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in Socorro. She went on to receive her master's degree in materials engineering also from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. She then received her associate's degree in nursing from Central New Mexico Community College in Albuquerque. Ms. Gansz-Torres received her master's degree in nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.

Ms. Gansz-Torres comes to us most recently from Pueblo Community Health Center, located in Pueblo, Colorado, where she served as a nurse practitioner providing comprehensive primary care. Prior to that assignment, she served as a clinical registered nurse for the Pueblo Community Health Center. She also previously served as a registered nurse in the general medical unit for Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
