Ms. Hahn joined the Mt. San Rafael Hospital Clinic team in 2025, and serves as a Family Nurse Practitioner providing for the medical needs of new and established patients at the Hospital Clinic and acute care patients utilizing the Mt. San Rafael Hospital Walk-In Clinic.

Education

Ms. Hahn received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Marian University in Nashville, Tennessee. She received her master's degree in nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Chamberlain University in Chicago, Illinois.
